PavPhos PI - is a water soluble iron phosphate concentrate which cleans and produces and iridescent iron phosphate coating on steel and cast iron alloys (gray, ductile, malleable, ect.) in one operation. It may also be used on zinc die casting, galvanized surfaces and aluminum alloys as a cleaner-phosphate. PavPhos PI has been formulated to be used in spray washer and immersion applications prior to painting (oil or water based), powder coating, or the application of an organic coating. PavPhos PI meets federal specification TT-C-490 Type II.
