The BRx90-50 is a 90 mm frame, 50 mm stack PMDC motor designed for applications requiring precise speed and torque control. This unit, based on the 781103 variant, operates at 24 V nominal voltage with a nominal speed of 3000 rpm and delivers a continuous torque of 0.67 Nm at 10.5 A. It has a stall torque of 5.61 Nm and a maximum efficiency of 81%. With an IP54 rating and Class F insulation, the motor features a 2-pole design and weighs 3.60 kg. The motor is paired with a GB9 composite gearbox, providing a 60:1 ratio and adding approximately 138 mm in length, resulting in a combined output speed of approximately 50 rpm and intermittent torque up to 1.17 Nm.
