larger image 76 RedTac Grease is a heavy-duty, adhesive, multipurpose grease designed for use in a wide variety of automotive and industrial applications. It is formulated with lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap and high-viscosity, paraffinic base oils, it is fortified with extreme-pressure and other selected additives. This grease provides outstanding water washout resistance, antiwear properties and shock load protection, as well as good resistance to oxidation and corrosion. A tackiness additive enables this grease to stay in place even under severe operating conditions. This grease passes a 70 lb Timken OK Load test. 76 RedTac Grease has excellent stability at moderately high temperatures and has good resistance to structural breakdown even under severe working conditions. Effective inhibitors protect metal parts from rust and corrosion. This grease forms a good seal to help minimize bearing contamination. The tackiness additive provides adhesiveness for improved retention and reduced leakage.
