larger image Syncon AW Hydraulic Fluid is a premium quality, synthetic antiwear hydraulic fluid developed for use in a wide variety of industrial and mobile hydraulic systems operating at high pressure and under extreme-temperature conditions. It is particularly recommended for use in applications where operating conditions may be unfavorable or too severe for conventional mineral oil-based hydraulic oils. Syncon AW Hydraulic Fluid is available in two viscosity grades: ISO 22 and 32. It is formulated with synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oils, an effective antiwear additive and rust and oxidation inhibitors. It provides excellent wear protection for hydraulic pumps and motors, has outstanding oxidation resistance and thermal stability to help minimize deposit formation and provide long service life, and protects against rust and corrosion. It also has excellent demulsibility in the presence of water and good foam resistance. Syncon AW Hydraulic Fluid exceeds the performance requirements of the leading hydraulic pump manufacturers, including Bosch Rexroth, Cincinnati Lamb, Oilgear, Parker Hannifin HPD (formerly Denison Hydraulics), Racine, Sundstrand, Vickers (Eaton) and Voith. It has a high dielectric strength for use as insulating oil in cherry pickers and electrical service repair trucks. Note: In order to maintain its high dielectric strength, the oil must be kept clean and dry. Contamination with even a small amount of water will decrease the dielectric strength.
