N-Channel Silicon MOSFET for general-purpose switching applications such as motor drivers and DC/DC converters, housed in a TO-220ML package. It has a drain-to-source voltage rating of 100 V, continuous drain current of 12 A, and gate-to-source voltage rating of ±20 V. The device features low ON-resistance with RDS(on) of 100 to 160 mΩ depending on gate drive voltage, and supports 4V gate drive. It includes guaranteed avalanche resistance with single-pulse avalanche energy of 18 mJ and avalanche current of 12 A. Operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C. The part meets AEC-Q200 and RoHS standards.
