The AQW614 is a solid-state relay with integrated normally open and normally closed contacts in an 8-pin DIP package, designed for switching AC or DC loads up to 400 V peak and 0.13 A continuous current with a 5 mA input current. It features an I/O isolation voltage of 1,500 Vrms, on-resistance of up to 50 Ω for the normally closed channel, and operate and release times of up to 1 ms. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of −40 to +85 °C and meets UL1577 recognition for 1-pole 0.13 A at 400 V AC/DC. The package dimensions are 9.78 mm × 6.4 mm, with a height including standoff of 3.9 mm.
