The NVXK2VR40WDT2 is a 3-phase silicon carbide MOSFET power module for on-board electric vehicle chargers, housed in an APM32 package measuring 44.00 mm × 28.80 mm × 5.70 mm. It features a 1200 V drain-to-source voltage rating, a maximum continuous drain current of 31 A, and a maximum on-state resistance of 59 mΩ at 175°C. The module is automotive qualified per AEC-Q101 and AQG324, includes integrated NTC thermistors for temperature monitoring, and is RoHS and UL94V-0 compliant. Thermal resistance from junction to case is specified up to 1.47 °C/W, and switching losses are rated at 566 μJ under typical conditions. All internal diodes support a continuous forward current of 27 A.
