The NVG600A75L4DSC2 is an automotive-grade half-bridge power module with dual-side cooling, designed for hybrid and electric vehicle traction inverters. It integrates two 750 V, 600 A narrow mesa FS4 IGBTs in a compact AHPM15-CEA module case (MODHS) measuring 55 mm × 55 mm. The module supports continuous junction temperatures up to 175°C, features a 4.2 kV isolated DBC substrate, and exhibits low stray inductance (8 nH) and low conduction and switching losses. It includes integrated current and temperature sensors, meets AEC-Q200 qualification, and is RoHS compliant. The device is rated for 500 A continuous collector current under referenced thermal conditions and 1200 A pulsed current. All materials comply with UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements.
