The NVG600A75L4DSB2 is an automotive-grade, dual-side cooling half-bridge power module designed for hybrid and electric vehicle traction inverters. It integrates two 750 V, 600 A narrow mesa FS4 IGBTs with a 4.2 kV isolated DBC substrate, and features integrated temperature and current sensors. The module operates with a continuous junction temperature up to 175°C and has a stray inductance of 8 nH. It is housed in an AHPM15-CEC case with a weight of 75 g and supports M4 screws with a torque of 2.2 Nm. The device is AEC qualified and RoHS compliant.
