The NVG500A75L4DSC2 is a dual-side cooling half-bridge power module designed for hybrid and electric vehicle traction inverters, consisting of two 750 V, 500 A Field Stop IGBTs in a compact AHPM15-CEA MODHS package measuring 55 mm × 55 mm. It features a 4.2 kV isolated DBC substrate, integrated temperature and current sensors, and supports continuous junction temperatures up to 175°C. The module meets AEC-Q200 qualification standards, is RoHS compliant, and has a stray inductance of 8 nH. It is rated for 410 A continuous collector current and 350 A continuous diode forward current under referenced thermal conditions.
