The NLSX3014MUTAG is a 4-bit configurable dual-supply bidirectional level translator designed for high-speed data transfer with a guaranteed data rate of 100 Mb/s for VL voltages greater than 1.6 V. It operates with a VCC supply range of 1.3 V to 4.5 V and a VL supply range from 0.9 V to (VCC - 0.4 V), allowing for flexible voltage level shifting between different logic levels. The device features auto-sensing I/O ports that eliminate the need for a direction control pin, simplifying design and integration. The NLSX3014 includes an Output Enable (EN) pin that, when driven low, disables both I/O ports, reducing power consumption by placing them in a high-impedance state. It is packaged in a compact 1.7 mm x 2.0 mm UQFN12 format and is Pb-free, making it suitable for various applications, including mobile phones and portable devices. The device is designed to handle overvoltage conditions and supports non-preferential power-up sequencing, enhancing its reliability in multi-supply systems.
