The NCP81381 is an integrated driver and MOSFET module designed for high-current DC-DC buck power conversion in desktop and notebook microprocessor applications. It is packaged in a QFN36 6x4 mm case (CASE 485DZ) and supports switching frequencies up to 2 MHz with peak output currents of 60 A and continuous currents up to 25 A. The part operates with a 4.5 V to 12 V input voltage range, features an internal bootstrap diode, undervoltage lockout, thermal warning output, and thermal shutdown at 180°C. It is compatible with 3.3 V or 5 V PWM inputs and supports three-level PWM and zero current detection. The device is Pb-free and meets the MSL 3 moisture sensitivity level. It is qualified for operation from -10°C to 100°C ambient temperature and has a maximum power dissipation of 5.0 W.
