The NCP2811BFCT1G is a dual audio power amplifier designed for portable communication devices, capable of delivering 27 mW of continuous power into a 16 Oc load from a 2.7 V supply with a total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N) of 1%. It features a True Ground configuration that eliminates the need for external DC-blocking capacitors, resulting in space and cost savings. The amplifier offers high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of -100 dB, allowing for direct battery connection, and includes circuitry to prevent pop and click noise during power transitions. The device supports an internal gain of -1.5 V/V or an external adjustable gain option, operates within a voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.0 V, and includes thermal overload protection. It is available in a compact 12 bump CSP package (2 x 1.5 mm), as well as WQFN12 and TSSOP-14 packages, making it suitable for applications in cellular phones, MP3 players, and other portable devices.
