The NCD57530 is an isolated dual-channel IGBT gate driver in a SOIC-16 wide body (CASE 752AJ) package with 8.0 mm external creepage and clearance. It provides 5 kV rms galvanic isolation between input and each output, and 1.5 kV rms functional isolation between output channels, with a 1200 VPK working voltage. The device supports 3.3 V to 20 V input logic levels and up to 32 V output supply voltage, offering ±6.5 A peak output current. It features an enable pin for independent channel control, programmable dead time via an external resistor, and IGBT gate clamping during short circuits. The part meets AEC-Q100 qualification and is RoHS compliant.
