The NB6L14SMNTXG is a 1:4 differential clock and data receiver designed to accept AnyLevel differential input signals, including LVPECL, CML, LVDS, and HSCL. It translates these signals to LVDS and distributes four identical copies, supporting operation up to 2.0 GHz for clock signals and 2.5 Gb/s for data signals. This device is suitable for applications such as SONET, GigE, and Fiber Channel. The NB6L14SMNTXG features a wide input common mode range from GND + 50 mV to VCC ,àí 50 mV, with internal termination resistors of 50 ohms at the inputs.
