The MPSA06 is an NPN bipolar transistor in a TO-92 (TO-226AA) package with three straight or bent leads, designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 80 V, a continuous collector current of 500 mA, and a total device dissipation of 625 mW at 25°C, derating at 5.0 mW/°C above that temperature. The thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 200 °C/W. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, features a minimum DC current gain of 100 at 10 mA and 100 mA collector current, and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.25 V at 100 mA collector current and 10 mA base current. It is Pb-free compatible and meets RoHS standards.
