The MC10E451FN is a 5 V ECL 6-bit D-type flip-flop designed for high-speed applications. It features six D-type flip-flops with single-ended outputs and differential data inputs, triggered by a positive clock transition. The device includes an asynchronous master reset (MR) input that resets all outputs to low. It operates in both PECL and NECL modes, with a power supply range of 4.2 V to 5.7 V for PECL and -4.2 V to -5.7 V for NECL. The flip-flop supports a minimum toggle frequency of 1100 MHz and includes internal 50 kOc pulldown resistors for the inputs. The VBB pin provides an internally generated reference voltage for single-ended input conditions. The device is housed in a PLCC-28 package and is compliant with RoHS standards.
