The FPF1321BUCX is a Dual-Input Single-Output (DISO) load switch designed for low-voltage portable devices, operating within an input voltage range of 1.5 V to 5.5 V. It features low on-resistance of 50 mOc at 3.3 V, allowing for efficient power distribution. The device includes a True Reverse-Current Blocking (TRCB) function, which prevents unwanted current flow from output to input during both ON and OFF states. The FPF1321BUCX is equipped with a quick discharge feature, which enables rapid output discharge when the enable (EN) pin is set to LOW. This load switch supports a maximum switch current of 1.5 A per channel and has a fixed slew rate control of 130 µs for output capacitance less than 1 µF, minimizing inrush current and voltage droop during transitions. The device is compatible with low-voltage control signals, meeting the JESD76 standard for GPIO interfaces.
