The FOD2743 series is an optically isolated error amplifier integrating a precision shunt reference and phototransistor in an 8-pin DIP package. It provides 5000 V RMS isolation and current transfer ratio of 50% to 100% at 1 mA LED current. The reference voltage is 2.5 V with tolerances of 0.5%, 1%, or 2% for the A, B, and C variants, respectively. The device features a maximum temperature coefficient of 50 ppm/°C and operates from -40°C to +85°C. The FOD2743CSV is a surface-mount variant with VDE0884 approval.
