The FLS2100XS is a half-bridge LLC resonant control IC with integrated MOSFETs for LED lighting applications, housed in a 9-lead single inline package (SIP). It features a 0.51Ω on-state resistance, supports operating frequencies up to 300kHz, and incorporates zero voltage switching (ZVS) for high efficiency. The device includes built-in protection functions such as over-voltage, over-current, abnormal over-current, and thermal shutdown with auto-restart. It has a maximum junction temperature of 130°C and a storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The MOSFETs feature a fast-recovery body diode and a fixed dead time of 350ns.
