The FIN1032M is a quad high-speed differential receiver designed for Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) applications. It operates at a supply voltage of 3.3V and is capable of data rates exceeding 400 Mbps. The device features a typical differential input threshold of 100mV, ensuring reliable signal translation from LVDS levels to LVTTL signal levels. Key specifications include a maximum propagation delay of 2.5ns and a maximum differential pulse skew of 0.4ns, making it suitable for high-speed clock and data transfer. The FIN1032M also incorporates power-off protection and fail-safe mechanisms for open-circuit, shorted, and terminated conditions. It is available in two package options: a 16-Lead Small Outline Integrated Circuit (SOIC) and a 16-Lead Thin Shrink Small Outline Package (TSSOP), both of which are designed to save space in circuit layouts. This receiver is pin-compatible with equivalent RS-422 and LVPECL devices, providing flexibility in design. The operating temperature range is specified from -40¬8C to +85¬8C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions.
