The FDS9431A-TF085 is a P-channel MOSFET designed for power management, load switching, and battery protection applications. It is packaged in an SO-8 surface-mount case with a maximum Drain-Source voltage of -20 V and a continuous Drain current of -3.5 A. The device has a on-state resistance of 0.130 Ω at -4.5 V gate-source voltage and 0.180 Ω at -2.5 V gate-source voltage. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 50°C/W when mounted on a 1 in² pad of 2 oz. copper. The part is qualified to AEC-Q101 and is RoHS compliant. The FDS9431A-TF085 includes the same core electrical characteristics as the FDS9431A-F085, differing only in packaging or termination code.
