The FDPC8016S is a PowerTrench Power Clip 56 package asymmetric dual N-channel MOSFET designed for synchronous buck converters, with an internally connected switch node to optimize layout and reduce switching losses. The package measures 5 mm by 6 mm and is rated for a drain-to-source voltage of 25 V. The high-side MOSFET (Q1) has a maximum on-resistance of 3.8 mΩ at 10 V gate drive and 20 A current, while the low-side SyncFET (Q2) has a maximum on-resistance of 1.4 mΩ at 10 V gate drive and 35 A current. Both devices support continuous drain currents of 20 A and 35 A respectively at 25°C ambient temperature, with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device is RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
