The FDMS86550 is an N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET with a 60 V drain-to-source voltage rating, a continuous drain current of 234 A at 25 °C, and a maximum on-resistance of 1.65 mΩ at 10 V gate voltage. It is housed in a Power 56 package, measures 1.5 x 1.5 in. for thermal mounting, and has a thermal resistance of 0.8 °C/W from junction to case. The device is RoHS compliant, features a robust MSL1 package, and is suited for primary DC-DC conversion, secondary synchronous rectification, and load switching applications.
