The FDMS86520 is an N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET designed for high-efficiency DC/DC converters, motor bridges, and synchronous rectifiers. It features a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 60 V, continuous drain current of 42 A at 25 ℃, and a maximum on-resistance of 7.4 mΩ at 10 V gate voltage. The device is packaged in a Power 56 package with an operating junction temperature range of -55 ℃ to +150 ℃, and has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.8 ℃/W. It is RoHS compliant and features enhanced body diode technology for soft reverse recovery. The part is MSL1 rated and 100% UIL tested.
