The FDMS86300DC is an 80 V N-channel MOSFET featuring the DUAL COOL PQFN package for enhanced thermal performance, with a maximum on-resistance of 3.1 mΩ at 10 V gate voltage and 24 A drain current. It supports a continuous drain current of 110 A at TC = 25°C and combines low rDS(on) with excellent switching characteristics. The device is RoHS compliant and meets AEC-Q200 qualifications. Thermal resistance values include 1.0°C/W junction-to-case (bottom drain) and 38°C/W junction-to-ambient on a 1 in² 2 oz copper pad. It is designed for applications including synchronous rectification in DC/DC converters and high-end server Vcore low-side switching.
