The FDD8896 is an N-channel PowerTrench MOSFET designed for high-efficiency DC/DC converters, featuring a 30V drain-to-source voltage rating, a continuous drain current of 94A at 25C with VGS=10V, and a maximum on-resistance of 5.7mΩ at VGS=10V and ID=35A. It is packaged in a TO-252 (D-Pak) surface-mount package. The device meets standard commercial qualifications and includes low gate charge, fast switching, and high pulse current capability. Thermal resistance is 1.88°C/W from junction to case and 52°C/W with a 1in² copper pad.
