The FDD2572 is an N-channel PowerTrench® MOSFET designed for high-voltage switching applications such as DC/DC converters, automotive load control, and synchronous rectification. It is packaged in a TO-252AA surface-mount case with a drain flange for thermal performance. The device has a continuous drain current rating of 29A at 25°C case temperature and a drain-to-source breakdown voltage of 150V. Its typical on-resistance is 45mΩ at 10V gate voltage and 9A drain current. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 and is RoHS compliant.
