The FAN7362M is a high-side gate driver IC in an 8-SOP package, designed to drive MOSFETs and IGBTs up to 600V. It features a floating supply range of 10V to 20V, typical sourcing and sinking currents of 250mA and 500mA, and includes undershoot voltage lockout (UVLO) with hysteresis. The device supports operation with a negative source offset voltage down to -9.8V and meets RoHS standards.
