The CAT863TTBI-GT3 is a microprocessor power supply supervisor designed to monitor power supplies in digital systems. It generates an active low reset signal when the power supply voltage falls below a preset threshold and maintains this signal for at least 140 ms after the voltage rises above the threshold. This device supports industry-standard threshold levels for +3.3 V and 5.0 V systems, with a reset output that is open drain and requires a pull-up resistor. The CAT863 operates with a supply current of only 6 ¬µA and is capable of functioning down to a VCC of 1.0 V, ensuring reliable operation even during fast transients.
