Omtec Insert Wheels and Pop Up Ball Transfers are ideal where items need to be moved along a group of work bench tops to various assembly stations. 1)Move items across workbench surfaces on the Omtec Insert Wheels. 2)Note ability to store items in queue on the workbenches between workstations. 3)When in front of operator, raise Omtec Pop Up Ball transfers to bring item forward. 4)Orient and position the item in a convenient work position. 5)Retract the ball transfers to firmly locate item and perform the required task. 6)Reverse the above procedure to move to next station.
