Color Key Clear View Multiple Feed Electro Lubricators are especially suitable for intermittent operations. Lubrication occurs when the solenoid is activated. This oiler features a Pyrex reservoir. The lightweight and durable endplates are made from red polypropylene. The item is also available in blue, green and yellow. Maximum fluid visibility is achieved by eliminating the center post common to many reservoirs. The reservoir and sight are vented to allow liquid to reach the outlet by gravity. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. Drop feeding can be observed through the glass viewing window in the valve body. This reservoir design utilizes a permanent bond that eliminates gaskets. The unit can be filled using the aluminum swing-away filler cap. A Viton o-ring creates a seal between the reservoir and fitting. The aluminum valves contain Buna-N seals (Viton and EPDM seals are also available). Each valve has a 1/8" female NPT outlet. The solenoid has a 1/2" NPT thread for connecting with conduit and is powered by 24VDC (for additional voltages and frequencies, please consult factory). There is a 5/8”-18 mounting thread.
