Oil-Rite Corp. 1/2 Gallon Pressurized Grease Reservoir B3109-1

This reservoir is designed for use with PurgeX grease pumps. It uses compressed air to maintain a pressure of 100 PSI or less on the grease supply. There is a built in air regulator and pressure gauge for easy adjustment. This 1/2 gallon fiberglass and aluminum reservoir is designed for 100 PSI operating pressure. A safety relief valve is set at 120 PSI to prevent over-pressurization. Buna-N seals are used. The unit withstands temperatures up to 120° F. There is a 1/4” female NPT air inlet. There are (3) 1/4” Female NPT grease outlets, (2) are provided with pipe plugs. A zerk grease fitting allows the reservoir to be filled quickly and easily. The reservoir can be mounted with the attached brackets using the (4) 13/32” dia mounting holes. The total length of the unit is 15 1/2", total width is 4 1/2,” and height is 6” including the regulator. The unit can be mounted horizontally or vertically (with the grease side down). Because grease tends to be slow-moving even when under pressure, the distance between the reservoir and PurgeX pump should be as short as possible.
