This valve brush is at a 45° angle. It features (2) 1/4” OD tube inlets. An end plug installed in one of the inlets can be removed to connect brushes in a series. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. The 1/2"-20 threaded shank can be secured to a mounting bracket using the plated steel nut and washer. The bristles are stainless steel (nylon is also available, part no B310-1X02). The total width of the brush is 2 1/4". The shank is adjustable to accommodate up to 1/2” of bristle wear. A r eplacement brush that slides into the holder is readily available, part no. B579-3.
