Oil-Rite Corp. Steel Liquid Level Gage with Dial Thermometer, 60" Centerline, Front Mount 1/2"-20 B1560-2X34

Description
Steel Liquid Level Gages with Dial Thermometers are for any application requiring visual indication of both liquid level and liquid temperature. These gages can be used to view liquid levels and temperatures in hydraulic reservoirs, gearboxes, bearing housings, crankcases, transformers and machinery oil reservoirs. The temperature can be easily viewed on the large thermometer. This sturdy gage is made of plated steel. The sight is constructed with two glass pieces. There is a 1/2” plated steel spacer between the glass pieces for extra reinforcement. The glass sight is protected by steel on three sides. A red line on a white background enhances liquid level visibility. Leak-proof construction is achieved with Buna-N seals. A plated steel bracket is provided for additional support. Temperature is indicated in both degrees Fahrenheit and Celsius on the 2 3/64” diameter stainless steel thermometer. It displays 0 ° F (-20° C) to 250° F (120° C). The unit tolerates up to 125 PSI and 225° F. Fluid enters through the cross hole in the hollow lower bolt. The gage is vented into the tank through the cross hole in the top bolt. The length between the center of the two bolts is referred to as the center line. The distance between the center of the tank holes must be within 1/32” of the center line measurement. This gage is mounted from the front of the tank with (2) 1/2”-20 plated steel bolts. The bolts should be torqued to 90 in-lbs. For fractional inch centerline distances, level markings or other seal options, please consult factory.
