RT370 is a tube made from heavy-weight canvas cloth saturated with a phenolic resin system, modified with alumina. Alumina adds hardness to the material which reduces bearing wear. This product is colored red for easier inspection of bearing surfaces. Compared to thermoplastics, RT370 provides superior load-bearing properties. Typical applications include structural parts that require good impact strength and wear resistance.
