Nordson EFD in-line metal mixers’ housings and elements are made primarily of stainless steel. This makes them ideal for high-pressure applications and easy to clean and reuse.
Select from tube or pipe design. These mixers typically feature pipe threads on both ends to simplify connection to material lines.
Features
Moderate pricing, offering significant savings to comparable mixers
Streamlined geometry, ensuring the mixer flushes clean with less solvent
Heavy-walled tubing that resists furnace warpage at maximum furnace temperatures up to 1250° F (676° C) for increased service life
Series 70 In-Line Stainless Steel Spiral Tube Mixers
Ideal for high-pressure applications with two-component adhesives and sealants, the Series 70 mixers are available in four diameters from 2.87 mm (0.113”) to 10.62 mm (0.418”), and with 15 to 48 elements.
They feature left-hand and right-hand “edgesealed” spiral elements nicrobrazed into the length of the tube that cannot be removed.
