NKK Switches Low Profile Pushbutton UB16NKW01N-E

The UB series consists of low-profile pushbuttons with snap-in or PCB mounting options, available in square or rectangular forms. The part features a snap-acting contact mechanism with audible feedback, momentary or alternate action circuits, and integral LED illumination in various colors. The housing and base are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide and liquid crystal polymer, rated UL94V-0. Electrical ratings include 5A at 125/250V AC or 0.4VA at 28V AC/DC for gold-plated contacts. Contact resistance is 100 milliohms maximum for gold, insulation resistance is 200 megohms minimum, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case. Mechanical life is 1,000,000 operations for momentary, 200,000 for alternate action. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C for nonilluminated versions. The part includes epoxy-sealed terminals and a latchdown mechanism for visible status indication.
