The MS series comprises miniature slide switches with SPDT and DPDT configurations, featuring silver or gold contacts for power or logic-level applications, respectively. Available in panel, PCB, or bracket mounting styles with right-angle or vertical terminals, the switches have a nonshorting contact design, total travel of 2.2mm for ON-NONE-ON circuits and 3.5mm for others, and a mechanical life of 100,000 operations. Silver contacts rated for 6A at 125V AC or 3A at 250V AC, gold contacts for 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC. Contact resistance is 10 milliohms maximum for silver and 20 milliohms for gold. Insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum, dielectric strength is 1,000V AC between contacts and 1,500V AC between contacts and case. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C. The actuator and case are UL94V-0 rated. Terminals are epoxy sealed, and the frame is stainless steel for panel and PCB mount or phosphor bronze for bracket mount.
