NKK Switches Half-Inch Diameter Process Sealed Rotary MRK403-BH

The MRK403 is a half-inch diameter, process-sealed rotary switch with four poles and three positions, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level circuits. It features a self-cleaning, rotary contactor disk, nonshorting (break-before-make) contact timing, and 30° indexing. The switch has phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating, a fiberglass reinforced polyamide base, and meets IP67 of IEC60529 standards for sealing. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 100 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 500V AC for one minute. Electrical life is 10,000 operations minimum. The PCB-mountable unit has a profile height of 0.496 inches and includes PC terminals. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +70°C. The shaft is brass with nickel plating, and the housing is zinc alloy with zinc plating.
