NKK Switches Half-Inch Diameter Process Sealed Rotary MRK112-CH

The MRK112 is a half-inch diameter, process-sealed rotary switch with 1 pole and 12 positions, featuring a nonshorting, self-cleaning rotary contactor disk and 30° indexing. It has a brass shaft with nickel plating, a fiberglass reinforced polyamide base, and phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating. The switch meets IP67 of IEC60529 standards for sealing, operates with a torque range of 0.005 to 0.02 Nm, and supports a maximum electrical load of 0.4 VA at 28 V AC/DC. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 100 megohms minimum, and dielectric strength is 500 V AC for 1 minute. The mounting torque is 0.686 Nm, and it is designed for PCB mounting with molded-in terminals. The operating temperature range is -10°C to +70°C.
