The JWL series provides high-inrush rockers rated for 16A at 125/250V AC and 5A at 72V DC, with a TV-8 rating for resistive and motor loads. The housing is made of polyamide (UL94V-0), the rocker of polyphenylene ether (UL94V-0), and terminals are brass with silver plating. It operates from -25°C to +85°C, meets IP67 for panel-sealed variants, and has a 26° angle of throw. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum, and dielectric strength is 4,000V AC between contacts and case. Electrical and mechanical life is 25,000 operations. The part includes solder lug or quick-connect terminals and is designed for dust resistance with an interior seal. External insulating barriers enhance dielectric performance.
