NKK Switches Ultra Thin Pushbutton GB215AH-B

The GB215AH-B is an ultra-thin, single-pole, right-angle pushbutton switch with an off-(on) circuit, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. It features a 0.100" x 0.100" terminal spacing matching standard PCB grid patterns, and a molded-in epoxy-sealed terminal design to resist contamination. The actuator is off-center, enabling compact, high-density mounting and reduced accidental actuation. The case, actuator, and base are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide (UL94V-0), with phosphor bronze contacts plated in gold. Nominal operating force is 1.0N, with total travel of 1.1mm. Electrical life and mechanical life are rated at 50,000 operations minimum. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. Contact resistance is 80 milliohms maximum, and insulation resistance is 500 megohms minimum at 500V DC. The part includes a snap-on cap and is suitable for handheld equipment due to its thin profile. The GB2 series has not been certified by UL or CSA.
