NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL13EFW01-013

The CKL series high security keylock is a 19mm bushing mount switch with a tubular key, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load. It features a break-before-make contact timing, 90° angular throw, and silver-plated copper contacts. The housing is zinc alloy with chrome plating, and the base is LCP. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. The switch withstands 50G shock and 10-55Hz vibration with 0.7mm amplitude. Insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case for one minute. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles, and electrical life is 10,000 cycles. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum. Solder lug terminals are epoxy sealed. The part is rated for 90-95% humidity at 40°C for 96 hours.
