NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BTW01-028

The CKL series high security keylocks are 19mm bushing-mounted switches with flat or tubular key options, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load. They feature a break-before-make contact timing, 90° angular throw for 2-position models, and silver-plated copper contacts. The housing is zinc alloy with chrome plating, and the base is LCP. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles minimum, and electrical life is 10,000 cycles minimum. Dielectric strength is 1,500V AC minimum between contacts and case. Mounting torque is 1.5 Nm maximum. Contacts are sealed with epoxy to prevent contaminant ingress.
