The BB25AV is a subminiature, sealed, antistatic pushbutton switch designed for logic-level applications, featuring a vertical PCB mount with a right-angle terminal configuration and an alternate action (maintained) circuit with latchdown. It has a 6mm diameter bushing, 0.100" x 0.100" terminal spacing, and operates with a nominal force of 2.94N. The switch supports a maximum logic level of 0.4VA at 28V AC/DC, with contact resistance under 50 milliohms and insulation resistance over 500 megohms at 500V DC. It meets UL94V-0 flammability standards and is rated for operation from -30°C to +85°C, with a mechanical and electrical life of 25,000 cycles. The unit is fully sealed to prevent contamination and incorporates an antistatic bushing and support bracket to divert static discharge.
