Picks up screw from screw feeder and drivers at preset locations automatically. Magnetic pickup and vacuum pickup are available.
Equipped with Nittoseiko “NX Driver T3 Series” and “SD600T Controller.” 16 programs with different settings (torque value, rotation speed, etc.) for each screwdriving locations are configurable and enable a variety of robotic screwdriving.
Small and lightweight screwdriving unit reduces workload of robot. Accessible in tight spaces and enables various automated screwdriving applications.
URCcap “NS SD600T” enables easy installation setups on UR teach pendant and simple intuitive configuration of screwdriving parameters (torque value, rotation speed, etc.) stored on “SD600T” controller.
