The R3132D34EA-TR-FE is a low voltage detector IC from the R3132x series by Lingto Electronic Limited. It features a built-in delay circuit, high threshold accuracy, and operates with an ultra-low supply current of approximately 0.8µA at 3.0V. The device supports an operating voltage range from 0.8V to 6.0V and allows for a detector threshold setting in 0.1V increments between 1.0V and 5.0V, with specific standard values available. This IC generates a reset signal when the supply voltage drops below the set threshold and maintains the reset condition for a fixed delay of 240ms after the voltage returns to a higher level. It is available in two output types: Nch open drain and CMOS.
