PNP general-purpose transistor in an ultra-small DFN1412D-3 (SOT8009) leadless SMD plastic package with side-wettable flanks, measuring 1.4 mm × 1.2 mm × 0.48 mm and 0.5 mm in height. Rated for a collector-emitter voltage of -45 V and a continuous collector current of -100 mA, with a peak collector current of -200 mA for pulses ≤ 1 ms. Total power dissipation is up to 360 mW on a standard FR4 PCB with 35 µm copper, or 450 mW with 70 µm copper. Qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications. DC current gain (hFE) ranges from 125 to 250 at VCE = -5 V and IC = -2 mA.
