Nexperia B.V. 65 V, 100 mA PNP general-purpose transistors BC856AW-QF

PNP general-purpose transistors in a very small SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mounted plastic package, rated for a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 65 V and collector current of 100 mA, with a peak collector current of 200 mA. These devices are qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and are suited for general-purpose switching and amplification. The BC856AW-Q variant has a DC current gain (hFE) range of 125 to 250 at VCE = -5 V and IC = -2 mA, with a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 600 mV at IC = -100 mA and IB = -5 mA, and a base-emitter saturation voltage of up to 850 mV under the same conditions. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 625 K/W when mounted on a standard FR4 PCB. All variants in the series share the same package, pinout, and automotive qualification.
